UN Ocean ProjectLizzy Whitney
A website highlighting the blue economy, sugar kelp & aquaculture info cards, paired with 3D visuals and AR. I took a class at CalArts that partnered with the World Resources Institute Oceans Program, and the class was set up so that artists could propose a project to the director, Tom Pickerell, to show at the United Nations Oceans Conference in Nice, France. I was chosen, and I shared my website with some of the top leaders in the world. In October, I showed these posters at Altasea and the Cabrillo Marine Aquarium for the California Seaweed Festival.
